2026 Board of Directors Application
Outdoor Mindset’s Board of Directors is a fun, active group of passionate advocates for our mission! Board members are expected to engage regularly, providing their expertise and skills to advance OM’s mission. The Board of Directors is charged with the governance of the organization to ensure OM’s continued growth, especially serving in the areas of leadership, fiscal management, fundraising, and community programming.
We are looking for three (3) or more new board members to join our team in 2026. We are specifically looking for individuals with experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and the outdoor industry. Learn more about our current team here!

Complete the application by Monday, May 18.
All applicants will be notified of our next steps by Friday, May 22.
Selected candidates will take part in two structured interviews:
First interview: With Board President and one (1) additional member
Second interview: With the Executive Director
Candidates who are selected to join the board will be onboarded and invited to attend the next scheduled meeting. The anticipated start date is June 2026.
